The rooftop lounge offered a charming view of historic streets.
The location was hard to find, and there was barely any signage to guide us. To make matters worse, we had to lug our luggage up several steps to reach our room, completely unacceptable for a hotel. It felt seedy because we were often left alone without any staff present to assist us, particularly since they were only around for a short period.

The place was newly remodelled and fairly clean. Overall it was tastefully decorated with high ceiling. The staff were friendly, excellent.

I appreciated its nicely decorated rooms.
The room with good amenities.

Let me start by saying I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't, the dirty coffee cups in the room made my morning miserable. Then, the reception was supposedly open, but I found no one around. I would've expected at least a complimentary gesture for all my trouble, but clearly, I was mistaken.

had good sleep at the a double room with the bedroom as well as good amenities. location: the hotel was near to the clock tower and main attractions in jaffa and many nice restaurants and cafes. a few times i ate at ramesses, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.
Could not be improved in any way.

The venue was clean and the staff were attentive. I got a well decorated room with private bathroom. Got really big bed and a safe box, central heating, and an iron. The location was comfortable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lilienblum Street. Besides, it was adjacent to the flea market and extensive areas in Jaffa. The hotel met expectation, I will come back.

Charming decor but lacks attention
The hotel boasts elegant decor, and my spacious double room provided a lovely retreat after a long day. I appreciated the self-check-in process, straightforward.
The coffee machine lacked basics like capsules or sugar.

The rooftop lounge was amazing, but the coffee cups were dirty.

Noise from the music studio below kept things lively and shaky until late at night. The coffee machine in the room lacked even the basics like capsules, forcing a trek to the lobby where I couldn't find anything functional.

The first thing that hits ya is the fine decor, real Southern charm. Room was spacious, and I slept like a baby on that comfy bed! Felt right at home. The rooftop view was a real treat after a long day, and Eitan was just a peach. Wish they'd had basics for the coffee machine though.
